Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation. Working onsite in Dubai, the role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to amplify the company's brand and showcase its hospitality offerings across leading digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's brand objectives and business goals.
• Manage and grow the social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar for consistent, timely and engaging content.
• Create, coordinate and oversee content such as reels, videos, photography, stories and promotional campaigns.
• Showcase properties, guest experiences, company updates and hospitality services with internal teams.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, website traffic and lead generation, and provide regular reports and insights.
• Keep brand messaging, visual identity and tone of voice consistent across channels, and identify market trends and new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong content planning, copywriting, storytelling and creative campaign development skills.
• Experience with social media analytics, paid advertising and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management abilities.

Required skills

• Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and content scheduling platforms.
• Basic video editing and content production.
