Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results‑oriented Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support our marketing activities on a part‑time basis for a six‑month contract. You will plan, create, manage, and optimise digital campaigns and social media content to strengthen our brand presence and engage audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, community management, and monthly calendars.
• Create engaging captions, graphics, reels, stories, and short‑form videos while maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta and other platforms, monitoring budgets and performance.
• Analyse campaign and social media performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate content production, photoshoots, video shoots, and provide live event coverage.
• Identify and manage influencer partnerships, tracking delivery and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and propose innovative content and marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
• Strong English and Arabic copywriting skills.
