Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day digital presence of our hospitality brands in the UAE. You will be responsible for keeping our delivery store, menus, website and paid campaigns accurate, up‑to‑date and continuously improving their performance, often using AI‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Run and optimise our Shopify delivery store – manage products, pricing, availability, promotions, photos and copy.
• Update QR menus and delivery‑platform menus whenever dishes, prices or seasons change.
• Maintain the restaurant website and coordinate larger updates with an external developer.
• Set up, manage and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns within agreed budgets.
• Produce a short weekly performance report covering campaigns, website traffic and conversion data.
• Monitor GA4, pixels and conversion tracking to ensure accurate data collection.
• Maintain Google Business Profiles for each location and respond to reviews.
• Leverage AI tools for copywriting, translations, ad variations, reporting and automated replies.
• Keep existing Zapier/Make automations running and document any new workflows.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or a similar role.
• Proven day‑to‑day management of a Shopify (or comparable) store.
• Direct experience creating and optimising Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and ability to verify conversion tracking.
• Regular use of AI tools in daily work and ability to demonstrate time‑saving automations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple brands and urgent changes.
• Clear communication with non‑technical colleagues and fluency in English.
