Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Geidea, a financial technology company providing payment solutions and point-of-sale technology, is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist. The role covers planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing activities, including campaigns, online channels, content and performance analysis, so that initiatives align with business objectives and support customer acquisition and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimize digital campaigns across online channels, including paid search and paid social media, and monitor performance, budgets and KPIs
• Create and coordinate digital content for websites, social media, email and other channels, and maintain social media calendars
• Support website content updates and apply SEO principles to improve organic visibility
• Use analytics tools to report on traffic, engagement, leads and conversions, and recommend improvements
• Support lead generation and work with sales to align marketing with business priorities
• Keep up with digital marketing trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms in payments and fintech

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, campaign execution or a similar role
• Experience creating and managing digital content across multiple channels
• Fintech, payments, financial services, technology or B2B experience is advantageous
