Digital Marketing Specialist (UAE National)

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is looking for a UAE National to lead its digital marketing efforts and boost sales performance across all online channels. You will be responsible for shaping the company’s digital presence, managing online reputation, and driving customer acquisition through strategic campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual digital marketing plan aligned with the manager’s direction.
• Identify brand priorities and allocate activities within the approved budget.
• Monitor, measure, and report on digital performance, adjusting tactics to meet objectives.
• Plan and run SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Create and maintain online content for the website, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Optimize website performance for Google search, Google My Business, and track results via Google Analytics.
• Feed leads continuously into the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with vendors on joint online activities and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Explore new digital opportunities to enhance the company’s online presence.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
