Digital Onboarding Specialist (Outsource)

About the role

The Digital Onboarding Specialist will manage end‑to‑end onboarding journeys for ADIB Office Banking, ADIB Direct online channel and related BBD products. The role ensures accurate customer profile setup, service package configuration, pricing, limits and user access while complying with bank policies and Sharia requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review onboarding documentation for compliance with new and existing customers for IVR, SMS, eStatements and other services.
• Set up ADIB Office Banking, ADIB Direct, IVR, SMS, WPS, Bulk, Sweep, Cheque Book, DDA, Mobile and other BBD product configurations within SLA turnaround times.
• Assign and issue tokens, manage signature modifications, POA and reactivation requests per SOP.
• Handle high‑priority queues, escalate risks/issues, and maintain token inventory.
• Ensure data accuracy to avoid rejections or audit points and achieve productivity and quality targets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ADIB’s BBD products and UAE banking regulations.
• Attention to detail, self‑motivation and a track record of process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with Front Office, Compliance and Audit teams.
• Ability to work 8‑hour days, handle overtime and meet defined TAT and quality metrics.

Required skills

• Experience with token management and issuance.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, IVR and SMS registration processes.
• Understanding of ADIB operational policies and Sharia compliance.
