Manager – GL & International Consolidation

About the role

The Manager – GL & International Consolidation will lead end‑to‑end general ledger accounting, month‑end and year‑end closing, and the financial consolidation of our international subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage GL accounting and month‑end/year‑end closing activities.
• Oversee consolidation of international subsidiaries and business entities.
• Review intercompany transactions, reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Coordinate with finance teams across locations to ensure consistent accounting practices.
• Monitor balance‑sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, group policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls, reporting processes and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience, including GL and financial consolidation.
• Experience in multinational or multi‑entity organisations is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with financial consolidation tools.
