Digital Partners Lead – Growth Brands

About the role

The Digital Partners Lead – Growth Brands will drive revenue and performance of Americana’s growth brands on food‑aggregator platforms. Acting as the central hub between brand marketing, revenue management, operations and aggregator leads, you will ensure fast experimentation, menu optimisation and profitable promotions to accelerate brand scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Own the aggregator performance for an assigned portfolio of growth brands, targeting GMV and order growth.
• Monitor and analyse performance across cities, zones and stores to identify scaling opportunities.
• Optimise menu architecture, product naming, images and bundle offerings to maximise menu‑to‑order conversion and average order value.
• Design, plan and execute aggregator promotions, ensuring timely configuration and tracking ROI.
• Develop cohort‑based discount and visibility models to replace blanket discounting.
• Collaborate with brand and operations teams to test upsell and add‑on experiments.
• Serve as regional point‑of‑contact for strategic projects across 30+ aggregator platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, key‑account or commercial planning within a fast‑moving consumer environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
