Digital Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our in‑house agency. The role works closely with Marketing, Account and internal business units to deliver high‑performing paid media and SEO campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes for our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend aligned with objectives.
• Provide performance insights to Account Managers and Directors for strategic planning.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO strategy across internal brands.
• Implement on‑page SEO improvements in collaboration with content and web teams.
• Align paid media activities with overall campaign direction and organic search strategy.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure performance‑driven execution.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance and key KPIs.
• Deliver recommendations to improve ROI and overall efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and SEO initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with marketing, account and production teams.
