Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage outreach activities using provided contact lists, ensuring consistent tracking and follow‑up.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Reconnect with inactive or under‑engaged accounts to uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to align customer needs with Emerson’s Energy Transportation and Reliability Solutions portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address requirements and update proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities and quotations in CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline.
• Participate in structured training programs and apply learnings to daily activities.
