Digital Solution Enterprise Architect & Team Lead (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Omnix International is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect and Technical Team Lead to act as the technical mastermind for large‑scale digital projects. The role combines deep architecture expertise with leadership of multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technical vision, strategy and roadmap for major projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Lead design and architecture of highly scalable, secure, resilient solutions across Cloud, Microservices, Integration Platforms, automation and Data/AI technologies.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance, design patterns and development standards.
• Manage large project teams, providing technical direction, mentorship and overseeing delivery against architectural designs.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate objectives into executable technical specifications and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
• Proven track record of leading large technical projects and aligning business strategy with technical delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, able to convey complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
