Digital Strategy Associate Consultant – Fresh Graduate Role

About the role

Siemens Advanta is looking for an Emirati fresh graduate to join its Dubai office as a Digital Strategy Associate Consultant. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help clients shape and implement digital transformation journeys across Industry 4.0, Smart Cities and utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of new digital strategies, capabilities and competitive differentiators for clients.
• Participate in ideation workshops, inspire clients to adopt innovative approaches and assist during pilot and implementation phases.
• Gradually take ownership of project modules or workstreams as you gain experience.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, synthesize findings and deliver compelling concepts and recommendations.
• Select a contribution topic such as thought leadership, marketing or team onboarding to influence team culture.

Required profile

• Strong interest in building a consulting career and a recent degree (Emirati graduates welcome), preferably in business, engineering, natural science or IT.
• Analytical, conceptual and creative problem‑solving mindset with an entrepreneurial “can‑do” attitude.
• Passion for digital transformation and familiarity with emerging technologies such as ML, AI, Cloud and IoT.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other language, ideally Arabic.
• Team‑player with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
