Dining Attendant – Hospitality Service Role

About the role

IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly, attentive Dining Attendant to support daily food and beverage operations in Dubai. The role involves preparing dining areas, welcoming guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous manner.
• Prepare dining areas, tables, chairs, service stations and buffet areas before service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, promotions and allergens.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking and table setup.
• Assist with inventory and replenishment of dining supplies, condiments and service items.
• Follow restaurant policies, food safety standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Support special events, banquets, conferences and catering functions as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a dining or food‑service role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant and F&B service procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and remain calm during busy periods.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and courteous approach to guests.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
