Direct Sales Manager (UHNWI)

About the role

The Direct Sales Manager will acquire and develop ultra‑high‑net‑worth individual (UHNWI) relationships through a high‑trust, high‑touch commercial approach. The role is responsible for building a qualified pipeline, converting prospects through a premium consultative process, and coordinating a personalized onboarding experience with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a pipeline plan with clear weekly activity and conversion targets.
• Source qualified prospects through trusted networks, introducers, strategic partners, and high‑calibre events.
• Enable premium discovery meetings to diagnose client needs and qualify fit.
• Present Insignia's value proposition credibly, tailored to each client without discounting premium positioning.
• Manage objections (fees, privacy, onboarding requirements) and progress deals to decision.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless, compliant client experience.
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene with accurate updates, follow‑ups, and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in premium, relationship‑led environments such as private banking or luxury services.
• Demonstrated ability to source leads through trusted networks and operate in an invitation‑led context.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to create tailored proposals and deliver polished presentations.
• High integrity, discretion and professionalism when dealing with senior stakeholders and demanding clients.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
