Director - Enterprise Applications & Digital Platforms

About the role

Halian is hiring a Director for Enterprise Applications and Digital Platforms in Abu Dhabi on a permanent basis. The role calls for extensive experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation and IT leadership, with a focus on large-scale, integrated technology and business solution programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation or IT leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, integrated technology and business solution programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with SAP platforms, especially SAP S/4HANA, for enterprise resource planning and digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, visualization and insight generation.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud for end-to-end analytics delivery.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
• Knowledge of modern AI ecosystems and technologies, including large language models and enterprise AI platforms.
