Director, International Business Development – Middle East & Asia Pacific

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive international business development for C5ISR solutions across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Based in Abu Dhabi, the Director will shape strategy, manage a multi‑billion‑dollar pipeline and collaborate with global teams to capture complex defense opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a three‑year global new‑business pipeline and exceed international operating‑plan targets.
• Lead cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams to pursue large‑scale C5ISR opportunities.
• Design and execute enterprise‑level campaigns that integrate capabilities across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains.
• Develop AI‑enabled, differentiated solutions aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Leverage strategic partnerships and commercial technologies to accelerate solution development and strengthen competitive advantage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 13 years, or 19 years without a degree.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, multi‑year pipelines in defense, aerospace or advanced‑technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex international pursuits and influence senior government and industry stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and experience integrating advanced technologies into new offerings.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of C5ISR systems and mission applications.
• Expertise in AI/ML, autonomy and open‑systems architectures.
• Ability to translate emerging technologies into actionable business strategies.
