Director of Business Development – Digital Agency

About the role

Grafdom, a fast‑growing full‑service digital agency, is looking for a Director of Business Development to lead its growth strategy. You will shape client acquisition, nurture partnerships, and ensure the agency delivers cutting‑edge advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an in‑house team of Business Development Managers.
• Design and execute sales outreach and communication strategies.
• Develop tactics to attract and qualify new prospects.
• Report progress and pipeline metrics to senior leadership.
• Oversee pitch development and coordinate with subject‑matter experts.
• Ensure prospect needs are met throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage client onboarding and campaign execution, including media strategy, planning, analytics, attribution, and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of business development experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience creating successful advertising solutions and presentations.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Extensive C‑Level contacts in relevant industries is a plus.
