About the role
The Director CSM Team Leader will lead a team of Customer Service Managers who support Relationship Managers and deliver high‑quality service to Private Banking clients in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Drive consistent, high‑quality client service and promote a strong risk‑management culture.
- Ensure compliance with money‑laundering procedures, regulatory standards and Group policies.
- Oversee business standard operating procedures, team performance and quality control.
- Lead talent development, coaching, and performance management of CSMs.
- Collaborate with Front Office, support functions and global transformation teams to align processes and drive digital adoption.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in Front Office client services, Private Banking operations or wealth‑management products.
- Strong people‑management and coaching capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, drive cultural change and manage risk.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Private Banking processes and systems.
- Fluency in business English.
