Director of Finance

About the role

Raffles The Palm Dubai is seeking a Director of Finance to lead its finance function. Reporting to the Regional Vice President & Managing Director, you will ensure robust financial management, support operational efficiency, and uphold the brand’s standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel's financial planning and budgeting process aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor and review budget performance regularly, identifying improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and key metrics.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to set room rates and optimise pricing strategies.
• Monitor revenue streams from rooms, food & beverage, and ancillary services.
• Implement cost‑control measures to manage expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Review and approve financial transactions and ensure compliance with Accor and Raffles standards.
