Director of Finance – UAE Operations

About the role

Capital.com is seeking a Director of Finance to lead all finance activities for its UAE operations, covering both regulated and non‑regulated entities as the business expands across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own all financial regulatory reporting, including monthly client‑money reports, cash‑flow forecasts and annual regulator submissions.
• Consolidate the five UAE entities and produce group internal management accounts each month.
• Direct treasury functions, monitor daily cash positions and oversee client‑money reconciliations.
• Lead annual external audits and manage relationships with auditors, regulators and banks.
• Control budgeting, budget‑vs‑actual analysis and coordinate business plans with Group FP&A.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).
• Senior finance leadership in CFD, forex or online‑trading brokerage with hands‑on consolidation and treasury experience.
• Direct experience with UAE regulatory reporting and client‑money rules (SCA, DFSA/ADGM).
• Proven track record managing external audit relationships and banking partners.
• Strong people leadership, having built and scaled a finance team.
