Director of Growth

About the role

Moove is seeking a Director of Growth for its Autonomous Vehicle (AV) business in the UAE. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will own the growth strategy, generate demand for AV services, and manage revenue, pricing, partnerships, and commercial negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update demand‑generation strategy, including market sizing, channel mix, CAC/LTV and capital efficiency.
• Build and defend B2B vs B2C revenue mix plans with data‑driven unit economics.
• Lead business development, close enterprise and government contracts, and negotiate commercial terms and SLAs.
• Own the full demand funnel from awareness to passenger acquisition and retention, designing growth experiments and tracking KPIs.
• Oversee marketing function, ensuring brand and content activities drive commercial outcomes and align with growth goals.
• Monitor competitor moves, pricing, regulatory changes and partnership opportunities, providing pipeline health and revenue forecasts to leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years in growth, commercial or B2D/B2B partnership roles, preferably within ride‑hailing or mobility.
• Proven track record of closing complex multi‑stakeholder B2B deals in the UAE or GCC.
• Quantitative, data‑driven mindset with experience building commercial models and growth experiments.
• Experience managing marketing or content functions with accountability for brand‑to‑revenue conversion.
• Deep understanding of UAE business landscape, free zones, government procurement and local commercial culture.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
