Director of Luxury Sales

About the role

The Director of Luxury Sales leads the development and execution of a high‑impact sales strategy targeting the luxury market segment for Raffles Dubai. This senior position is responsible for driving room‑night and revenue growth, especially for premium suites and exclusive experiences, while enhancing the hotel’s brand presence within global luxury networks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive Luxury Sales Strategy aligned with overall Sales & Marketing goals.
• Lead all luxury‑focused sales activities to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with luxury consortia such as Virtuoso, Traveller Made, Signature Travel Network, Ensemble, and Serandipians.
• Cultivate partnerships with luxury travel advisors, bespoke designers, private offices, royal households and high‑end international delegations.
• Serve as primary contact for top‑producing luxury accounts, delivering personalized proposals and service.
• Ensure accurate, timely updates of luxury accounts and activities in CRM, PMS and sales tracking platforms.
• Promote awareness of luxury guest expectations across all hotel departments to guarantee seamless, personalized experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in luxury hospitality sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing luxury segment revenue and suite production targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop sales teams.
