Director of Paid Marketing

About the role

As Director of Paid Marketing you will own Property Finder’s paid and digital acquisition strategy across the MENA region. Reporting to the CMO, you will set the vision for search, paid social, display, video and emerging channels, turning strategy into measurable growth in leads, customers and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the paid‑media strategy across all markets, allocating budget to maximize ROI.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing team of 5+ paid‑marketing professionals.
• Set and own the paid‑marketing budget, forecast performance and report to the CMO and executive team.
• Define core KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion) and build real‑time reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, Product and Analytics teams to ensure integrated experiences.
• Drive a rigorous test‑and‑learn culture with structured A/B and multivariate testing.
• Manage relationships with media, ad‑tech and agency partners, negotiating terms and performance expectations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, new platforms and privacy‑led measurement shifts.

Required profile

• 10+ years in paid and digital marketing, including 3+ years leading a performance‑marketing function at senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar paid‑media budgets across multiple markets and improve CAC, ROAS and LTV at scale.
• Experience operating in fast‑growing consumer‑tech or marketplace businesses, preferably with MENA exposure.
