Director of Public-Private Partnerships, Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead public‑private partnership initiatives that support capital projects and long‑term infrastructure development in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the department’s PPP strategy and capital project initiatives.
• Establish and manage partnership frameworks for government‑led infrastructure projects.
• Identify, assess, and advance investment opportunities with private‑sector partners.
• Collaborate with government entities, private investors, and internal stakeholders on project planning, structuring, and execution.
• Oversee feasibility studies, business cases, project proposals, and investment assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in public‑private partnerships, infrastructure development, or capital projects.
• Experience in project governance, investment coordination, or strategic planning.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
