Director of Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue will lead the pricing and revenue strategy for Anantara Downtown Dubai, a luxury hotel within the global Anantara Hotels & Resorts brand. Reporting to senior management, you will drive revenue optimisation across rooms, F&B, Spa and other income‑generating areas.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the hotel pricing strategy by market segment, using market intelligence, buying patterns and seasonality.
• Support pricing decisions for Food & Beverage, Spa and other revenue‑producing departments.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget for all revenue streams and contribute to the sales and marketing plan.
• Ensure full utilisation of the Property Management System (PMS) and Revenue Management System (RMS) in line with the property’s business mix.
• Measure performance across distribution channels and protect market share.
• Prepare accurate three‑month rolling forecasts for room revenue by market segment on a weekly basis.
• Prepare accurate twelve‑month rolling forecasts for room revenue by market segment on a monthly basis.
• Chair weekly revenue meetings, distribute minutes and action plans, and set monthly upselling targets for front‑office and reservations.

• Proven ability to develop and communicate pricing strategies.
• Experience collaborating with multiple revenue‑generating departments.
• Strong analytical mindset for forecasting and performance measurement.
• Leadership skills to chair meetings and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
