Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management will lead the hotel’s revenue strategy, driving profitability, market share and sustainable financial growth across all business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue analytics, performance reporting and forecasting to identify risks and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive pricing, inventory and yield management strategies.
• Collaborate with General Manager, Sales, Marketing, Finance and ownership to align revenue initiatives with business objectives.
• Prepare accurate revenue reports, dashboards and executive presentations for strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee budgeting, annual revenue forecasts and financial projections.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Hospitality with at least 5 years senior revenue management experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with the same experience.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends, booking patterns and competitor data to drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
