Director of Revenue Operations (Remote, $100/hr)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to train its newest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. As a Director of Revenue Operations you will apply your expertise to shape AI‑generated outputs that support core revenue workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and maintain CRM field‑mapping schemas and lead‑routing logic documents.
• Design territory carve models, conduct pipeline hygiene audits, and build funnel conversion dashboards.
• Implement and optimize deduplication rulesets for clean data.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM operations, or CRM data operations.
• Hands‑on ownership of field‑mapping schemas, lead‑routing logic, and deduplication rulesets.
• Proven track record auditing pipeline hygiene and delivering funnel conversion dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.
• Expert‑level craftsmanship in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
