Director of Solution Engineering

About the role

Inception42, a G42 company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Director of Solution Engineering to lead technical enablement and success of its partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering, you will empower system integrators, resellers and consulting partners to position, architect and deliver Inception’s AI portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical activation of partners, delivering onboarding programs, deep‑dives and product training.
• Build and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures and solution templates for partner pursuits.
• Provide architectural guidance and support during partner‑led customer engagements, including workshops, RFx responses and solution sizing.
• Develop partner certification curricula, learning paths and assessments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to align partner feedback with roadmap and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years in solution architecture, pre‑sales engineering or technical consulting, preferably within partner ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade AI or software solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across technical and commercial audiences.
