Director, Product Management – Pricing & Assurance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Pricing & Assurance function for its Move portfolio within the EEMEA region. The role focuses on cross‑border payment solutions, supporting large financial institutions, fintechs, exchange houses and government clearing schemes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute pricing strategies for low‑value B2B, commercial, P2P remittances and purpose‑based payments.
• Partner with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product enhancements.
• Drive the commercial agenda for Mastercard Move, ensuring revenue growth and market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, simple and scalable payment solutions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the cross‑border payments ecosystem and its regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in product management, pricing, and assurance for financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment and drive results.
