Director Solutions Consulting – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Lead a geographically distributed Solutions Consulting team across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and South Africa, shaping how Genesys helps organisations apply AI and cloud‑based customer experience technology. Partner with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to influence go‑to‑market strategy, drive enterprise sales cycles and accelerate regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑country Solutions Consulting team, ensuring alignment, accountability and consistent execution.
• Own the end‑to‑end regional Solutions Consulting strategy, aligning capabilities and investments with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive an AI‑first culture of continuous innovation, turning emerging AI and automation capabilities into differentiated customer value.
• Partner with sales and regional leaders to influence go‑to‑market strategy and improve technical and business value throughout complex enterprise opportunities.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with customers, partners and the broader technology ecosystem through executive engagements and industry events.

Required profile

• 10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales or Sales Engineering with significant people‑leadership experience.
• Proven success leading geographically distributed teams across multiple countries.
• Strong background in AI, CCaaS, customer and employee experience, digital technologies and enterprise cloud software.
• Exceptional executive communication, consultative engagement and data‑driven storytelling skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
