About the role
Lead and grow large account portfolios within the Data Centers, Tech & IT segment, ensuring service quality, revenue targets and client satisfaction for First Abu Dhabi Bank.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day‑to‑day activities of subordinates and client interactions across local and international time zones.
- Conduct financial analysis of clients and industries to identify opportunities and risks.
- Originate new business, develop term sheets, information memorandums and negotiate deals.
- Maintain credit quality, achieve financial performance targets and drive cross‑selling initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, audit and internal policy requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, engineering or related field.
- 8‑10 years of corporate banking experience, preferably covering technology/media/telecom clients.
- Ability to work under pressure, adjust to changing priorities and manage high‑visibility client relationships.

- Banking software systems proficiency
- Data analysis and financial modelling
