Disputes Associate / Senior Associate – 5+ PQE – Dubai

About the role

A leading international offshore law firm is expanding its Dubai office and seeks an experienced Commercial Disputes Associate (5+ PQE). You will work closely with senior partners on high‑value, cross‑border litigation, gaining exposure to BVI and Cayman Islands matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation and cross‑border disputes.
• Manage shareholder and corporate litigation matters.
• Assist with restructuring, insolvency and contentious financial issues.
• Conduct offshore litigation, enforcement and asset recovery.
• Collaborate with international counsel across a global offshore network.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE), qualified in England and Wales (for Cayman & BVI admission).
• Strong commercial litigation background from a Legal 500‑ranked or comparable international firm.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and case‑management abilities.
• Experience in multi‑jurisdictional disputes; offshore experience advantageous but not essential.
