Distribution Account Manager

About the role

Cohesity is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based in the UAE to lead and enable distributor partnerships across the Gulf region, driving growth and expanding the company’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage distribution partnerships, executing joint business plans to grow pipeline across the Gulf.
• Create awareness, demand and preference for Cohesity solutions through distributor partners.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive bookings and joint go‑to‑market execution.
• Forecast distributor pipeline conversion in coordination with sales teams.
• Develop and lead a sales strategy and business plan for assigned distributor accounts.
• Enable distributor sales and technical teams according to the GTM plan and program requirements.
• Track distributor performance, identify gaps and implement action plans.
• Coordinate marketing activities with distributors, leveraging Cohesity resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of demonstrable distribution/channel management experience, preferably in Gulf markets.
• Strong track record of achieving quota and growing distributor‑managed partners.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional marketing activities and measuring ROI.
• Excellent presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
• Ability to work independently, travel >50% across the Gulf and occasionally internationally.
