About the role
Join talabat's growing tMart distribution centre team to support end‑to‑end grocery operations across the MENA region. You will be responsible for handling the full DC process, ensuring orders are picked, packed and stocked efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and timely according to process guidelines.
- Handle receiving tasks, including unloading and initial checks.
- Stock and label products on shelves clearly.
- Perform expiry checks and apply product rotation.
- Maintain a neat, clean DC and back‑area following hygiene standards.
- Complete daily workload with limited supervision and develop product knowledge.
- Support colleagues in other departments when needed and help reduce waste and shrink.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing or distribution centre environments.
- Enthusiastic about learning on the job and handling unknown situations.
- Good communication skills and a hands‑on attitude with various tools.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
