About the role
First impressions are everything at W Hotels. As a Door Ambassador you will welcome guests in Russian, Spanish and Italian, ensuring their arrival and departure are memorable and seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, providing personalized service.
- Process operational needs and complete required reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment while on your feet throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
