About the role

First impressions are everything at W Hotels. As a Door Ambassador you will welcome guests in Russian, Spanish and Italian, ensuring their arrival and departure are memorable and seamless.

Key responsibilities

Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences, providing personalized service.
Process operational needs and complete required reports.
Address guest requests promptly and share highlights of the local area.
Maintain a safe and professional environment while on your feet throughout the shift.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
No prior work experience required.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
