About the role
The Driver – Transportation role supports the Guest Arrival team at two luxury hotels in Dubai, ensuring guests experience a smooth and memorable arrival and departure. You will be responsible for moving guests, luggage and equipment while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide transportation and luggage assistance for arriving and departing guests.
- Process operational needs such as delivering items, completing reports and sharing local area highlights.
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and heavier items with assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk and be on feet for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move objects as described in the responsibilities.
