Dubai Campus & Community Lead

About the role

Hytribe is seeking a Dubai Campus & Community Lead to own and grow its university and student community channel in the UAE. This part‑time, unpaid role is designed for current students or recent graduates who want to help sign the first three university pilot partners and become part of the company’s founding story.

Key responsibilities

• Map and engage student organisations, international offices and campus communities at UAEU, Zayed University, AUS, DIAC and Academic City.
• Build relationships with Vice‑Presidents of Student Affairs and international student coordinators.
• Represent Hytribe at campus events, student forums and expat gatherings.
• Convert conversations into signed pilot agreements with three partner institutions.
• Report weekly progress directly to the CEO and follow the provided deck, playbook and contacts.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate based in Dubai or the UAE.
• Experience relocating to a new city or working closely with international students.
• Self‑starter who can own a project from start to finish.
• Available for at least three months, 10–12 hours per week.
