E-commerce Merchandiser

About the role

Al Boom Marine (ABM) is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented E‑commerce Merchandiser to join its Omni team in Dubai. You will drive online sales and conversion by delivering a best‑in‑class shopping experience across ABM’s brand websites.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise category and collection pages, manage homepage banners and promotional content, and configure search, discovery and recommendation tools.
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings on Shopify Plus, ensure timely go‑live of new arrivals and price changes, and keep catalogue hygiene.
• Plan and execute promotions and seasonal campaigns, set up promotional pricing and coordinate product placements.
• Monitor online stock availability, flag risks, and recommend merchandising actions.
• Analyse product and category performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, buying, logistics and IT teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce merchandising, preferably in retail, fashion, footwear or sports.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, highly motivated team player with a passion for sports and lifestyle retail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus (or similar platforms such as Magento or WooCommerce).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
