E-commerce Operations Manager

About the role

Redmal Digital is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to keep its stores, customer support and fulfilment running smoothly so the founder can focus on product, brand and growth. The role reports to the founder and works closely with the Head of Growth, the Brand & Creative Director, the Partnerships & Influencer Manager, the support and fulfilment teams and the sourcing lead. It is full-time, available remotely or from the Dubai office (JLT).

Key responsibilities

• Store: ship store changes end to end (product pages, bundles, cart features, apps, checkout settings and currencies), run small store tests, keep product pages accurate, and prepare product launches.
• WhatsApp and SMS on Shopify, set up and run them with the email agency.
• Support and fulfilment: own the handover between support and the warehouse, build saved replies and automation in Help Scout, run failed orders, reships and returns, check shipment tracking daily and keep shipping emails working.
• Stock and suppliers: forecast stock for top products, set reorder points with extra cover before Black Friday and Ramadan, follow up on samples, packaging and production dates, and keep product and shipping costs up to date.
• Team operations: keep org charts, onboarding guides and role documents current, turn requests into tracked tasks, prepare supplier and contractor invoices for approval, and post a weekly report.

Required profile

• 3+ years running operations for a Shopify brand.
• Clear written English; French or Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to finish what you start and follow up without being asked.

Required skills

• Shopify store management.
• Helpdesk software such as Help Scout, shipment tracking apps and email tools such as Omnisend or Klaviyo.
• Stock forecasts and reorder plans built in Google Sheets.
