About the role

Join e& NAFIS Programme, a full‑time graduate development track designed for UAE nationals to build future leadership across the private sector. Participants will rotate through e& offices in Dubai, gaining exposure to emerging technologies, sales, operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotational placements across e& UAE offices.
• Engage in projects that explore emerging technologies and digital transformation.
• Develop leadership and business skills through structured training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Education: High school diploma or a UAE‑accredited bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
