Early Career Sales Assistant – International Energy Markets

About the role

We are looking for proactive, internationally minded graduates to join our sales team through the 2026–2027 Campus Recruitment Program. The role supports market research, customer relationship development, and sales coordination across the Middle East, GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia in the energy and oil & gas sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, gather industry information and analyse customer needs in international markets.
• Establish, update and maintain databases of customers, agents, partners and suppliers.
• Assist with customer visits, business receptions, meetings, minutes and follow‑up activities.
• Track project opportunities, customer requirements, preliminary qualification approvals and bidding progress.
• Prepare, translate and organise project proposals, tender documents, presentations and other business materials.
• Coordinate with technical, business and operations teams to support project implementation.
• Support international market promotion, industry exhibitions, customer events and related social media activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business English, Engineering Management, Petroleum Engineering or related field; graduates of 2026 or expected 2027.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills across cultures.
• Strong data organisation, business writing, presentation and PowerPoint abilities.
• High interest in international business, energy sector and overseas market development.
• Demonstrated learning ability, responsibility, initiative, teamwork and execution.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and travel overseas when required.
