The program offers a structured learning curriculum in insurance and risk management, with opportunities for regional exposure and professional development. Participants will work in Dubai and collaborate with industry‑leading experts.

Required profile

• UAE national (family book) currently in final year of study or a recent graduate.
• Strong academic performance and grades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking, problem‑solving and result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
