Early Talent Cloud Sales Representative

About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is rapidly expanding its sales function across the MENA region. As an Early Career Talent (ECT) Cloud Sales Representative, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, growth and support, contributing to the strategic priorities for the region. You will develop a robust technical and commercial foundation to accelerate cloud adoption at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own driving AWS growth in a defined territory or customer segment.
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase AWS service adoption.
• Accelerate customer adoption through well‑developed sales strategies and successful go‑to‑market engagements.
• Lead a customer‑obsessed business that enables innovation, transformation and outstanding outcomes.
• Deliver against quantitative and qualitative sales KPIs.
• Develop and work with partners to extend reach and drive AWS cloud adoption.
• Leverage and build AI and automation solutions to support customers.

Required profile

• UAE national with family book.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Completed BA/BS degree.
• 1–2 years experience in technology‑related sales.
• Passion for winning new business and driving innovation in the region.
