Ecommerce Executive – Hotel Franchise

About the role

The Ecommerce Executive will lead the strategic development and execution of digital marketing and e‑commerce initiatives for Grand Mercure Business Bay. You will drive performance across direct and indirect channels, enhance brand visibility and support the ALL loyalty programme.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual digital marketing strategy and budget across all relevant channels.
• Design and execute quarterly and yearly e‑commerce plans for direct and third‑party platforms.
• Manage SEO/SEA, paid media, social media, CRM/email campaigns, display advertising, programmatic buying, influencer partnerships and Metasearch.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and ROI, and report insights to inform decision‑making.
• Ensure brand‑consistent content across social platforms and oversee online reputation on review sites.
• Support revenue optimisation by maintaining rate parity and pricing integrity across online distribution channels.
• Promote the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme through targeted digital campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with digital agencies, vendors and stay updated on emerging digital technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e‑commerce, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market (preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
