E‑Commerce Manager – Digital Sales & Marketing

About the role

As an E‑Commerce Manager you will lead the digital sales strategy for Samsung’s product portfolio, shaping the online customer journey across multiple markets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive revenue, optimise pricing and enhance the overall e‑commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches on direct‑to‑consumer platforms and third‑party marketplaces.
• Plan and manage promotional calendars, media plans and performance‑marketing campaigns to maximise ads revenue.
• Analyse performance metrics, KPIs and web analytics to provide actionable insights and achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate and manage yearly joint business plans (JBPs) with partners, aligning on category priorities and KPIs.
• Collaborate with content and merchandising teams to optimise product listings, content and pricing.
• Implement best practices from headquarters to improve market execution and user experience.

Required profile

• 8–11 years of experience in e‑commerce, managing direct‑to‑consumer platforms and online partners.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of driving growth in fast‑paced environments.
