Education Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking energetic, target‑driven Education Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. You will guide prospective students, understand their educational goals, recommend suitable programmes and support them through the admission process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective students.
• Understand students' educational and career aspirations.
• Recommend appropriate courses and universities.
• Explain course details, fees, eligibility and admission procedures.
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth student experience.
• Stay updated on university programmes and admission policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, tele‑sales or inside sales is an advantage; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for achieving targets.
• Good computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
