Email Marketing Manager – HubSpot Specialist

About the role

The Email Marketing Manager will own a high‑impact email channel for a fast‑growing digital learning and workplace compliance platform in the United Arab Emirates. Working primarily in HubSpot, you will combine audience insights, experimentation, personalization and performance analysis to drive engagement, conversions and pipeline contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise newsletters, nurture sequences, product announcements, webinars, events and lifecycle communications.
• Manage audience selection, segmentation, quality‑assurance, scheduling, deployment, reporting and A/B testing throughout the email production workflow.
• Monitor deliverability, inbox performance and adherence to email marketing best practices.
• Develop and maintain an experimentation roadmap covering subject lines, preview text, calls‑to‑action, layouts, send times, personalization and dynamic content.
• Analyse campaign performance across segments, personas, product interests and behavioural engagement, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Build and manage emails, landing pages, lists and campaign assets within HubSpot, ensuring thorough pre‑launch quality assurance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on email marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable experimenting, testing and continuously improving campaign performance.
• Ability to collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations teams.
