About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its high‑acuity emergency department, trauma and resuscitation services and is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Consultant to join its growing clinical team. Key responsibilities

• Lead assessment and stabilisation of emergency, trauma, cardiac, medical, surgical and paediatric presentations.
• Run resuscitation, airway management, procedural sedation and critical decision‑making in the emergency department.
• Triage complex cases, supervise emergency teams and coordinate timely specialist referrals.
• Ensure safe patient flow, observation unit decisions, transfers and discharge planning.
• Participate in disaster preparedness, trauma protocols, simulation training and clinical governance.
• Maintain accurate emergency documentation, medico‑legal compliance and patient safety standards.

• Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
