The Emerging Talent Program at IC Markets offers Emirati graduates and early‑career professionals a structured pathway into the global financial services and trading industry, combining learning, mentorship and real‑world project work.
Key responsibilities
- Gain practical experience within a global financial services environment.
- Develop an understanding of Forex, CFDs, trading and financial markets.

Required profile
- UAE National, recent graduate or early‑career professional.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Technology, Computer Science, Data, Marketing, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Genuine interest in financial markets, technology or fintech; fluent in English, Arabic valued.
